Church is more than a building. It is a place where Christians go to learn more about Jesus and how He wants us to live and grow. the church building is where we come together to be the Church.

How does going to church help you?

• Church helps you to connect to Jesus. It is a place to learn more about Him.

• Church helps you connect to other Christians. We cannot learn to be all God wants us to be all by ourselves. Being with other Christians can help teach us to have a better attitude, how to help others, how to get to know others and much more.

• Church helps you find and use your gifts. God gives each Christian special gifts. These gifts help to strengthen the family of God. Not everyone has the same gift. Some teach, serve, encourage, welcome, show mercy, sing, give, lead or tell others about Jesus. The church is a place that will help you find and use your gift.
