This month our lessons will focus on heroic men of the Bible. These are men who showed courage, love, strength, trust and boldness. They sacrificed for others and remained faithful in difficult situations. These heroic men believed in God.

Today, we will learn about Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego and how they trusted in God and stood strong.

​
Have you ever had to stand strong for God? It's not so easy to stand up for God sometimes. Perhaps you have had to say no to doing something your friends do, like bullying others or saying wrong words. When others tell you to do something wrong, it's hard to stand for what is right.
The good news is that we can find courage to take a stand because we know that God will stand with us. When we trust in Him, He gives us strength to do the right thing. Just like Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, you can be the one to make a difference. They trusted in God's will and showed themselves to be strong and courageous in the face of danger.

LET US PRAY
Dear God,
Thank you for being with me and giving me courage. Help me to stand strong for you in my home, school and everywhere I go. Please help me to do the right thing everyday.
